These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website www.neutramotor.com, owned by FACTORY MADE, S.L. The acquisition of any of the products entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification; therefore, it is advisable to carefully read their content before proceeding to purchase any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and NEUTRA MOTOR will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.
PRODUCTS
The products offered, together with their main characteristics and their price, are those that appear on the web. NEUTRA MOTOR reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. In this way, NEUTRA MOTOR may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, NEUTRA MOTOR reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
All this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of any of the products can only be done through the subscription or registration of the USER, likewise the interested party will create a User name and a password, which will personally identify and enable them to have access to the products. Once inside www.neutramotor.com, to access the contracting of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions set. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it is out of stock, the customer will be informed by e-mail provided at the time of registration as soon as possible.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, NEUTRA MOTOR reserves the right to propose the supply of a product with similar characteristics, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it, exercising their right of withdrawal and resolution. of the contract. PURCHASE PROCESS

Likewise, it is recommended that the customer print and/or save a copy of the conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the proof of receipt sent by NEUTRA MOTOR by email. During the operation of the sale and its subsequent logistics management, a PDF document is generated for its monitoring and control. Said document together with the final invoice are physically archived in the facilities of the person in charge. Said document will be archived and safeguarded in paper and digital format. When you place an order you will receive an email with all the details of your order. You can also access the history of your orders from your user profile.
INVOICES
Together with your order, you will receive the corresponding invoice. To this end, the client consents to the invoice being sent in electronic format. The client will receive it by e-mail. You may, at any time, revoke this consent by e-mail and by accessing the client user to receive the paper invoice. Said invoice will be included in the package.
All orders include delivery note and invoice of the corresponding order in the logistics box. PRODUCT DELIVERY

FORMS AND DELIVERY DEADLINES
Our commitment to delivery times for Peninsular Spain and Peninsular Portugal are from 48h to 96h. For orders destined for other international territories, the delivery time will be approximately between 7 and 10 days after the confirmation of the order, depending on the location and your communications. Delivery times may vary for reasons beyond the control of NEUTRA MOTOR, whether due to the holiday calendar of the country receiving the goods, as well as due to atmospheric phenomena that prevent the normal development of the transport logistics activity, in any of its modalities.
NEUTRA MOTOR reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company through which the shipment is made, regardless of what is stated on this website and provided that it does not entail obvious damage to the customer. Any change / modification in the form, dates or transport company, will be communicated to the client by e-mail.
PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES
The prices of the products listed on www.neutramotor.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors and regardless of the destination of the order.
The final prices of all products, (and where appropriate, the final prices per unit of measure, when required) along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the dropdowns of each portal. Prices DO NOT include VAT. The VAT rate to be applied to products is 21%. This tax will be applied at the end of the product selection operation at the time of closing the shopping cart and always prior to making the payment.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be detailed in the purchase process, depending on the place of delivery. The prices of the products may vary both due to variations in the prices of raw materials and due to commercial and industrial decisions of the company.

WARRANTY
Products purchased through www.neutramotor.com enjoy a 2-year warranty period, except for motorcycles that have special warranty conditions (the specific warranty manual is attached to the delivery of the same). These warranties cover possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any breakdown not assimilable to poor maintenance or handling negligence by the USER produced during said period.
NEUTRA MOTOR guarantees that its electronic commerce platform is technically prepared for the sale of products and/or services. NEUTRA MOTOR makes every effort to ensure that the information that appears in the descriptions is correct and has the qualities of the product, however, they may suffer small variations in terms of technical specifications, combination of components, colors, or other design characteristics.
In the event that the purchased product presents any defect, deterioration, or imperfection not related to misuse, the consumer must notify NEUTRA MOTOR, through the email address orderservices@neutramotors.com as soon as he becomes aware of it. this and always within the legally established period.
To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the purchase invoice. Unless proven otherwise, the delivery is understood to be made on the day that appears on the invoice or purchase ticket, or on the corresponding delivery note if it is later.
In cases where the use of the guarantee is justified, the damaged product will be replaced or returned, under the legally established terms.
This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by misuse, negligence, blows or improper handling by the customer.
Excluded from the guarantees are consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, connection to the electrical network other than that indicated, incorrect installation or defects derived from any external cause.
In products of a durable nature, the consumer will have the right to an adequate technical service and the existence of spare parts for a minimum of 5 years from the date on which the product ceases to be manufactured, without the price of the spare parts being able to be increased when applying them in the repairs.

To avoid problems with the installation or operation of the purchased product, please ensure that you have followed the installation and operation instructions contained in the user manuals. If even so, the purchased product does not work correctly, you should immediately contact the manufacturer’s customer service and technical assistance, or, where appropriate, the representative or distributor.
Technical services will usually require you to provide them with the following information:
- Invoice number.
- Identification of the specific model.
- Serial number.
LIABILITY
The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product is not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, both being free for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products. and the purpose for which they were intended.
If the repair is completed and the product is delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of the contract.
LEGISLATION
These Terms of Use will be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.
In the event of any discrepancy or controversy arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use or the content of the website, in general, NEUTRA MOTOR and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, they submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the USER’s domicile. In the event that the USER is domiciled outside of Spain, NEUTRA MOTOR and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
