All our products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current regulations. If anything comes up:

1. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. We’ll guide you through the assessment and, if applicable, repair, replacement, or refund.
   The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage from incorrect installation, or improper use.

Easy returns up to 60 days

If you’re not satisfied, you have up to 60 days from receipt to request a return.

• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Request the return by writing to info@neutramotor.com with your order number.

• We’ll explain the steps and, if there are collection or handling fees, we’ll inform you before proceeding.
  Once the item is received and verified, we’ll issue the refund via the original payment method.
