CHASSIS AND COMPONENTS: QUALITY AND OPTIMIZED DESIGN
The chassis of the NEUTRA K3 has been designed with a precise focus on lightness, strength, and agility, essential characteristics for trial practice. Key features include:
- Chassis and swingarm: The ergonomic chassis and swingarm, both made of aluminum, have been developed with an in-house design that provides exceptional rigidity, with the total weight of the bike being 33 kg. This combination allows young riders to enjoy superior maneuverability and increased durability under intensive use conditions.
- Suspension: The K3 is equipped with a high-quality suspension system, including a lightweight front aluminum fork with a dual crown and 32 mm bars that allow for compression, air, and rebound adjustments. This system adapts to different rider weights through a personalized pressure chart. The DNM rear suspension, with 90 mm of travel and spring and rebound adjustments, also ensures precise response across all types of terrains and obstacles.
- Wheels and brakes: The 20-inch wheels are equipped with trial-specific tires (2.5x20" front and 3x20" rear), with reinforced 2.3 mm spokes, ensuring low maintenance and high durability for trial practice. The hydraulic braking system on both wheels includes 160 mm discs in the front and 140 mm in the rear, providing progressive and precise feedback, with adjustable levers suited to the hands of young riders.
DRIVE UNIT: POWER AND CONTROL WITH A UNIQUE SIGNATURE
The NEUTRA K3 stands out for its meticulously designed drive unit, providing a perfect balance between power and smoothness:
- 2.8 kW Motor: Internally developed by NEUTRA, this 48V/2800W/3300RPM motor is the most powerful in its segment, ensuring high torque and progressive response at low revs, ideal for trial practice.
- Controller: With high capacity and designed to operate stress-free, it prevents electronic failures and guarantees reliable performance under all conditions. The sealed electrical system allows for safe and efficient operation in wet and muddy environments, ensuring the bike's durability and optimal performance.
- 16.8 Ah 2700 Li-ion Battery: The removable, state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery weighs only 4.6 kg and offers up to 4 hours of continuous performance at maximum capacity. It can be fully charged in 2 hours and 15 minutes using the standard 5A charger. For those who need faster charging, an optional 10A charger is available, cutting down the charging time in half.
- Customized Power Maps: The bike features five power maps fine-tuned by professional riders for different technical levels and skill sets. From the ECO mode for beginners, through the intermediate LOW and MED levels (the latter ideal for trial), to the HIGH and MAX modes for expert riders seeking maximum performance.
TAILORED FOR YOUNG TRIAL RIDERS
Precise control and riding posture are fundamental to the rider's experience. The adjustable, easy-to-replace mechanical cable throttle stands out for its smooth operation and feel, providing a progressive response without the high cost of electronic systems.
The K3 features grips and footpegs from S3 Parts, known for their quality and trial-specific performance, enhancing the rider's grip and stability. Additionally, it includes a large, flat reinforced skid plate designed to protect the lower part of the motor from impacts and damage, while also acting as a slider for navigating technical trial sections.
The rear and front fenders, made of flexible polypropylene, ensure greater protection, durability, and resistance against impacts and abrasions. Moreover, the brake disc guards are made of flexible plastic for added strength.
