NEUTRA EXPANDS ITS RANGE WITH THE NEW K5 AND KOUNTRY 5
A 24-inch platform for youth trial and versatile off-road riding
Following the rapid success of the K3 — now established as a benchmark in electric youth trials across Europe — NEUTRA strengthens its commitment to performance, innovation and local manufacturing with a larger, more powerful platform aimed at young riders up to 18 years old.
Built on a shared technical base, the K5 and KOUNTRY 5 represent two distinct approaches to electric riding: pure trial specialization and versatile off-road exploration.
ONE PLATFORM, TWO ATTITUDES
The NEUTRA K5 has been developed as a dedicated trial machine, focused on advanced training and youth competition. It is engineered for precision, balance and maximum technical performance in demanding sections.
The NEUTRA KOUNTRY 5, based on the same platform, introduces a more versatile concept. Equipped with a seat, it broadens usability beyond trial zones to include mountain trails, excursions and recreational off-road riding — while maintaining NEUTRA’s core technical DNA.
LIGHTWEIGHT CHASSIS, COMPETITION-FOCUSED COMPONENTS
The K5 and KOUNTRY 5 share an aluminium frame and swingarm developed in-house by NEUTRA. Total weight is limited to just 50 kg, with optimized mass centralization to enhance agility and rider confidence.
Suspension duties are handled by the R16V system, developed specifically for NEUTRA by Spanish specialist Ollé. The setup provides precise terrain feedback and a balanced compromise between absorption and control, adaptable to both competition and recreational use.
Braking performance is ensured by four-piston calipers — unique in this segment — delivering powerful, progressive and fully controllable braking.
The platform has also been engineered to accept optional 18” and 21” wheel sets, the standard configuration used on adult trial motorcycles, reinforcing the bike’s progressive and long-term development potential.
The K5 features grips and footpegs from S3 Parts, known for their quality and trial-specific performance, enhancing the rider's grip and stability. Additionally, it includes a large, flat reinforced skid plate designed to protect the lower part of the motor from impacts and damage, while also acting as a slider for navigating technical trial sections.
The rear and front fenders, made of flexible polypropylene, ensure greater protection, durability, and resistance against impacts and abrasions.
NEW GENERATION POWERTRAIN
Both models are powered by NEUTRA’s newly developed brushless electric motor, capable of delivering up to 7 kW. Designed and engineered entirely in-house, the motor prioritizes smooth, progressive and easily manageable power delivery.
As with the K3, NEUTRA maintains full internal development of key components, including the motor, proprietary battery system and controller. This integrated approach ensures reliability, durability and precise system calibration.
The K5 features five power maps fine-tuned by professional riders for different technical levels and skill sets. New to this model is the ability to change maps by pressing an optional button located on the handlebars.

The NEUTRA K5 and KOUNTRY 5 are designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with 80% of components sourced from local suppliers. This production model allows strict quality control, rapid development cycles and direct alignment between engineering and real-world riding demands.
